Ron Volper, Ph.D. Managing Partner Ron Volper is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ron Volper Group, Inc.

Ron serves as an adjunct faculty member at New York University, where he teaches courses
on Management and Leadership. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Queens College, a Master's Degree from Indiana
University, and a Ph.D. in Media and Communications from New York University.

Ben Blumberg Partner
Ben serves as a Senior Consultant and Partner at RVG, where he is responsible
for new business development and training. Prior to joining RVG, he was Executive Vice President of marketing and business
development for InSITE Services Corporation, a web-based company he helped found in 1996
Ben worked in various
sales positions during his career, and rose from being a sales rep to sales manager with the Leviton Corporation, the worlds
largest electrical manufacturing company. Ben has earned numerous
awards for delivering outstanding sales performance. In addition to being quoted in The New York Times, Ben has published
articles in the Westchester County Business Journal regarding business development.
Ben graduated from Tufts University
and did graduate study at the University of Pittsburgh and at Fordham University in New York CIty.
